The most important question a person can ask themselves.

I am a mechanic, I am a contractor, I am a ditch digger. These are not who you are, they are what you do! Who you are is a personal identify unique to you that is expressed in a way only you can do it. The list above are vocations that might be suited to a persons essential identity. 

Before a person dives into self-employment or buys a business, they should really know if their core identity will enhance or hinder that endeavor. 

So we start with finding out what YOUR core identity is, then explore some vocational/business options.

$300- discover identity and at least 3 related vocations or businessses.

Once you have explored possible businesses or vocations, we explore the top 3-7 choices and unpack what that might look like. What are the pitfalls? What are the time commitments? How do I transition into the new opportunity? What are the tools, training and time requirements?

How do I set myself apart from others in the same field, if any? Why am I choosing this option? Do I need a backup plan? Will my family be onboard? 

What if I decide to stay where I am? This is an important question because some people discover that the grass is greenest right where they are and discovering our true identity sometimes opens big doors through our current vocation.

$1,200- We create together a "Ben Franklin" of the selected  options and outline requirements for each. We guide you through the process so you can guide others. (Broken into three $400 payments as we progress)

Here is where the "rubber meets the road". Designing and implementing the endeavor. If your discovery of identity has lead you back to where you are or to a new vocation with clear steps of preparation such as a trade school or other training, your time with us might be at a close. 

However, if you are moving into business and you have no training or education as to how to get it going, then here is where we make the last push for success. From customer service, web presence, equipment needs, service vehicle types and configurations to shop and store layouts, we guide you through these processes. There will be books to read and exercises to do. Some will be challenging but all will be useful in developing you business and the personal brand that is you.
